Job Location: Northeast
Position Responsibilities: Will partner and lead agencies in strategy and creative development for advertising, media planning,
consumer promotion, and PR efforts. Will oversee strategic execution of brand initiatives to meet annual sales and profit goals. -
Lead cross-functional team (internally and with external agency partners) in development of annual and 3-year brand strategic
plans. - Lead new product initiatives. - Manager and provide training and development of 2 direct reports.
Position Experience: MBA and progressive Brand Management experience in the CPG industry - Strong communication (written
and verbal) skills, proven leadership capability strong business acumen and strategic influencing abilities - Management/People
development experience - Advertising development and new Product innovation experience - Experience developing/assessing
