Why we have added a subscriber sign in at JayWren.com.

We are interested in your feedback.  We also have created comments below each post just for subscribers to use as their own forums.  The forums may help someone help someone else or help you find help for yourself.  I hope people ask questions and get the answers they need.

We are still a private community when it comes to recruiting and serving our applicants and hiring companies.  Long term, I plan to give the applicants and hiring companies more options to use this site as openly they choose.   You will still be in control of your information, what you want to say publicly and what you want to keep just between you and me.

We really do not see ourselves trying to become another Facebook, Linked In, or Twitter.  I do see other people trying to do that type of thing.  We have tested it ourselves.  The result seems kind of fake when we try to look like something we are not, that is, another social network.

What I see that we can do and how we can be of service in the career community is more in the nature and giving our subscribers a question and answer place.  What I see on online in the career community looks more like spam.  People  post a lot of stuff that just promotes their business.  There are exceptions in some groups, especially groups where you find a lot of do-it-yourself activity: website publishing, technical research, custom search coding, and so forth.

However, I do not see a lot of Q & A in the career area or perhaps general business area.  So we are here to offer you a forum for your questions and answers and plan to add more services as time goes on.
