Job Title:  National Account Manager Specialty
Location:  Dallas
Specialty Market:  Toys R US, Burlington Coat, Ulta, DECA (Military), others  

DESCRIPTION:
A: Purpose and Scope
The National Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales for specific national accounts in the grocery, drug, mass,
wholesale or specialty retail distribution channels. Also works with the Marketing Department as a cross-functional team to
translate product/customer needs and direction into product definition and design. Individual would also have potential to lead a
National Sales force, as current business grows.

B. Responsibilities
•        Responsible for developing sales and distribution in specified market channels. Should develop and implement sales
    strategies and reporting sales performance to management.
•        Meet or exceed brand distribution objectives for new and existing products
•        Provide accurate and timely forecast of sales and product needs.
•        Resolve customer service issues and build strong relationships with national accounts.

C. Organization Relationships
The National Sales Manager reports directly to the Vice President-Sales and Marketing

REQUIREMENTS:
A. Education and Training
The National Sales Manager is required to have a four-year Bachelor’s degree with training in the following areas:
* Knowledge and understanding of consumer products Sales and Marketing;
* Assessment and techniques of examining, questioning, evaluating and reporting sales performance;
* Additional skills required for managing sales, such as planning, organizing, communicating, and directing
* Should have strong people skills along with a “team”company attitude.

B. Technical Requirements
The National Sales Manager must be able to develop and execute effective sales presentations.  The National Account Manager-
Specialty is required to read and understand technical and non-technical documents as relate to the sales of and contracts for
the company's products. This includes the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.

C. Managerial Experience
The National Sales Manager shall have a minimum of five years prior experience in the consumer products industry, preferably in
the personal care products segment, personally calling on national accounts and managing sales reps/brokers to achieve sales
and distribution quotas.

D. Office
Office is located in Dallas, Texas. Candidate must currently live in Dallas/Fort Worth area or be willing to relocate.

COMPENSATION:
Salary will be based on experience. Annual bonus potential up to 25% of base salary.
