Job Title:          Brand Manager
Location:          Dallas

Job Description
•        Drives sales growth and changes in Customer attitudes and behaviors for specific segments within a category by staying
ahead of and researching new industry trends; working with cross-functional category segment teams to develop integrated
marketing campaigns; and working with internal and external creative teams to develop concise, relevant, and on-brand
communications.
•        Analyze, develop and implement consumer brand marketing annual plans and contribute to the strategic plan development.
•        Manage marketing budgets in order to reach volume and profit targets
•        Manage communication to sales on brand programming, strategy and successes

Responsibilities
•        Analysis – Responsible for on-going analysis supporting brand initiatives. Use brand, industry and consumer information
resources to identify business issues and opportunities and to develop strategic and programming recommendations to achieve
brand goals. Provide timely and comprehensive analysis of objectives, execution, and future planning implications. Develop
implications and program recommendations.
•        Project Management – Lead and manage designated brand initiatives. Develop objectives, spearhead programs across
multiple groups, develop and communicate all consumer and sales materials and manage agency execution. Assist in all aspects
of brand including advertising, point of sale, local programs, national sales meeting planning and promotion development.
•        Consumer Expert – Ability to take consumer insights and translate them into actionable consumer- driven marketing plans.
Understand and communicate brand’s unique selling propositions to key stakeholders. Ensure brand consistency in all
communications.
•        Business Planning and Budgeting – Assist Director of Marketing in development of annual marketing plan, including
consumer strategy, creative, local program development and national sales meeting and in-house meeting presentations. Monitor
marketing budgets. Coordinate with operations to research and adjust inappropriate budget entries.
•        System Communication – Communicate with the field, bottlers, and retailers to secure market approach, manage in-market
activities, research/ report on local market conditions and implement programs.

Job Qualifications
•        MBA  preferred
•        3 or more years work experience in CPG industry (agency or client side)
•         Self-directed and motivated
•        Demonstrated knowledge of consumer marketing issues as they apply to: customer buying patterns, competitive strategies,
advertising, marketing channels, technology trends, statistics and analysis, direct marketing, telemarketing, database marketing,
event marketing, channel marketing, product marketing, product management, and team management
•        Collaborative and team oriented.
