Job Title:        Account Sales Director
Location:        NYC Area

This company delivers audio advertising and messaging to 17,500+ store network of grocery, drug and mass merchant retail
stores across the country.  These ads are incorporated into the music programming that reaches the store via digital, satellite
delivery – ensuring crystal clear audio and 100% compliance with ad delivery.  This advertising reaches consumers making over
119 store visits each week and sells programs to national advertisers such as Kraft, Nabisco, Quaker, Hershey, Unilever and
Bayer.  Advertisers reach their consumers in a captive media environment, at the point-of-purchase with a compelling audio
message that has proven sales lift while providing incredibly efficient reach & frequency to achieve awareness and brand building.

Who are we looking for?
This company is looking for energetic, hard-working individuals who have the skills to sell advertising to high-level decision
makers at key food, drug and consumer products companies. Primary contacts include brand managers, consumer promotion
managers and media buyers at advertisers.  A growing segment of this business comes from advertising agencies who buy media
on behalf of their clients.  The “sell” is a combination of in-store promotion and non-traditional, out-of-home advertising.

Requirements:
College degree
5+ years of advertising sales experience
Willingness for some travel
Ability to work independently from a home-based office
Most importantly, a self-starter with solid industry experience plus persistence and creativity

Compensation:
Primarily a commission-based package with a base salary or draw, if needed
