This marketing services company is seeking a proven leader in sales management. They specialize in marketing services management serving the
advertising and retail markets nationwide. They have a massive network of retailers and advertisers which help companies uniquely connect with
their consumers in a one to one manner with relevant offers, coupons, and information. Their solution helps increase track impressions at the point
of sale, increase retailer and advertiser partnerships, and extend brands outside of their normal channels.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
        Lead aggressive sales growth
        Lead and grow an outstanding sales team
        Drive revenue in existing and new business
        Develop and grow existing client base

CRITICAL SKILLS
        High business insight
        Strong marketing and strategic skills
        Highly professional selling and relationship skills
        Polished person who can also manage details and tactical level effort
        Highly effective recruiting, training, and team-retention skills

EXPERIENCE:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree is critical.  MBA is a plus.  

Experience
10+ yrs High-level sales management experience
