Job Title:        Customer Marketing Manager
Location:        Bentonville

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•        Liaison between Sales & Marketing organization, responsible for the communication, development, execution, and
    evaluation of all customer programs.  
•        Ensures alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including
    coordination with Customer Trade Marketing and budget management.
•        Leads internal & external efforts to leverage the Brand Positioning and solidify the company’s go-to-market strategy (IE:
    Sales Meetings, Customer Programs, Marketing Roll Out, etc).
•        Provides seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impacting programs (IE: Line
    Reviews, Presentations, Collateral Marketing Material, Customer Promotions, etc).
•        Put in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities in line with the Sales team. Work closely with the
    VP of Customer Marketing and Sales Management report, review and optimize and support Sales execution.


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ EDUCATION
•        Bachelors Degree required. MBA preferred
•        3 years experience in related field required.  
•        Strong Sales Background preferred, with experience managing various classes of trade.  Ideal candidate will have
    Trade/Customer Marketing background with a leading consumer packaged goods company
•        Experience leading Customer/Trade Marketing including specific experience in evaluating the needs of the field and         
    translating that into specific marketing programs.
•        A strong record of creating a winning vision in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on merchandising,
    promotion, and partnerships.
•        Proven success working in a fast paced environment where strategic brand-building efforts are complemented by hard-
    driving promotional activities.
•        Proven ability and desire to help build a Marketing infrastructure, including processes, methodologies and tools required to
    drive Marketing effectiveness.
•        Willing to travel up to 50% of the time  
•        Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence
•        Knowledge and experience in multiple classes of trade is a plus
