Job Title:           National Sales Director, Outdoor Advertising
Location:           Chicago


POSITION SUMMARY
The National Sales Director, Outdoor Advertising, will have overall responsibility for overseeing the revenue generation strategy
for the Company’s Outdoor Advertising Division.  To execute revenue generation, the National Sales Director will liaise with the
Company’s sales team to ensure that all revenue opportunities for the division are maximized.  This National Sales Director will
contribute to the development of products and services that simultaneously meet the needs of both placement venues and
advertisers.  This position has the potential for future growth within the Company.

Specifically, the National Sales Director’s responsibilities will include:

•        Revenue generation – Contributing to new product and technology development, positioning of assets, identifying key
client/brand targets and liaise with sales management and team to ensure that all revenue opportunities for the division are
aggressively pursued.  Personal revenue/relationship development within key category verticals, maximizing candidates pre-
existing relationships and/or sales experience.    
•        Liaising with two regional sales managers to ensure that appropriate focus is dedicated to team sales efforts against the
Outdoor Advertising Division.  Lead the development of target account list and manage activity to ensure that key accounts are
pursued.  Provide expertise to support sales team on key client sales calls, acting as the internal specialist for this network.  

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

•        Leadership style that is self-assured, firm and goal oriented, yet motivates, trains, and engages others in an enthusiastic
way.  Must build rapport using a persuasive communication style.  
•        A significant understanding of different advertising mediums and their relative attractiveness to advertisers.  An
understanding of viewer impression formulas and media metrics as they relate to our venues and that of our direct competitors.    
•        Knowledge of emerging digital place-based advertising signage technologies and offerings.  
•        Knowledge of or a passion for learning emerging media, such as social and mobile marketing.  
•        A working knowledge of the ski industry including sales and marketing a plus, but not a requirement.
•        An ability to easily relate to others, build relationships, and be comfortable aggressively and professionally introducing self
to and interacting with senior level clients.
•        Willingness to travel to key placement venues, sales offices including New York, Los Angeles, and Denver and clients.
•        A passion for the sport of skiing or willingness to embrace the sport.
