Job Title: Manager/Director, Retail Execution
Location: Southern California
SUMMARY:
The Manager/Director of Retail Execution has the responsibility to ensure that the Company’s products and services are
executed flawlessly at our retail locations and that our major retailer customers are satisfied thus increasing sales and sales
opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this role will work closely with sales team members and other departments to ensure that retail
projects are completed and that The Company’s major retailer customers are satisfied. Responsibilities include, but are not
limited to:
• Manage retail projects and timelines as they relate to all in-store activities
• Develop and execute retailer training programs
• Serve as new retailer and new product launch captain
• Ensure positive customer experience in-store (promotions, customer service, IT, inventory, etc,)
• Represent sales team on IT/operational/marketing prioritization
• Serve as retailer and field sales organization’s liaison to various internal departments
• Through working closely with retailers and sales, will identify incremental sales opportunities
• Manage sales reporting needs and Salesforce.com database
Must have a professional demeanor, sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations, and be detail-oriented. An
excellent communicator who is able to articulate the value proposition of The Company and identify sales opportunities will excel
at this role.

• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills – Must be proficient in the MS platform of programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Salefroce.com
experience a plus.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required and an MBA is a plus
• 3+ Years full time work experience required with sales and/or account/project management experience
• Retail/CPG/financial services/consulting industry a plus
