Job Title: Trade Marketing System Coordinator
Location/Division: New York Metro
Reports To: Group Manager Trade Planning
Basic Purpose
Maintain system communication between Prism, JDE and Account Review Synectics. Train and support Account Review users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Corporate Trainer/Go To person for Account Review Planning Module – Company employees and brokers; manage daily
issues via phone/emails for Held Orders and process questions. Build and maintain infrastructure and processes for training new
Account Review users on Planning and Reporting Modules. Coordinate training for internal and external users.
• Leadership role for inside and outside users in proper usage of the Account Review software and other processes set forth by
COMPANY. Work intimately with Sales Planners, Regional Business Managers, and upper management inside and outside
COMPANY to ensure the accuracy of the Account Review Planning and Reporting software. Delegate responsibilities to others as
needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Account Review users and all departments within COMPANY.
• Multitask and maintain a support “Go To” role regarding the use of Account Review Planning Module.
• Develop Newsletters to Planning Module users to communicate deadlines, database changes, new customers and brands.
Communicate and enforce COMPANY trade fund policies and procedures.
• Manage upgrades to Account Review. Develop, monitor and validate exports and imports of data between Account Review,
Prism and JD Edwards by working closely with internal and external iT.
• Issue discovery and resolution (Planning and Reporting Modules, Access) plan entry, system errors, enhancements, missing
products or customers, incorrect pricing and case conversions.
• Interact with Company, Broker community and Synectics to improve software, processes and procedures.
• Project team leader for Account Review (Planning and Reporting Modules, Access).
• Maintain an intimate understanding of the Account Review Reporting Module and data pulled from Prism, JDE and the
Deduction and Payment Modules.
• Create and run actionable reports on the fly using Business Objects, Account Review and Prism downloads.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
• Undergraduate degree required; Business majors preferred
• 1-2 years analytics experience, deductions or trade marketing experience preferred
• Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to work in a high energy work environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills along with the ability to prioritize and remain flexible
• Strong written and communication skills for contact with all levels of management
• Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strong organization skills and detail oriented
• Minimal travel required.
