Job Title: Regional Business Manager, Frozen
Basic Purpose
Responsible for budgeting, planning and achieving case sales for all assigned frozen brands of the company through the
profitable management of brokers, distributors, direct customers and all related activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Implement sales efforts in accordance with company policies, promotion plans, marketing plans and brand direction.
• Administer all broker efforts including training, planning, HQ calls, detailing and troubleshooting issues.
• Build relationships with key customers, accounts, brokers and buyers through keeping abreast of customer developments,
monitoring the competitive and local activity and quarterly or semi-annual reviews with clients.
• Track sales business on an ongoing basis, comparing performance to plan and ensuring that budget will be met, including
proper planning of T & E and A & P expenditures.
• Provide expeditious presentations of new items, securing authorizations and programs to ensure ROI for any
slotting/placement costs.
• Work with the Category Managers to further develop the company’s shelf position and strategy.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
• Bachelors’ degree or 1-2 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 2 years experience in increasingly responsible assignments in sales or the food/consumer products industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
and across other functional areas.
• Ability to successfully execute multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
