Reports to:     Senior Vice President Global Sales
Department:   Sales
Division:         National

•        Assumes Responsibility for all USA  sales
•        Responsible for the development of promotional plans, new product
introductions, price adjustments and
sku rationalization plans for retailers that are aligned with Company brands
objectives and strategies
•        Maximize distribution; improve positioning, drive  brand growth
•        Ensure fundamentals including; corporate initiatives, business model,
retailer calendar,
merchandising policies, promotional philosophy/tactics, and margin
requirements, are met
•        Work with company headquarters to develop specific programs to meet
and exceed business objectives
•        Responsible for building effective category management
•        Developing and achieving annual volume & profit objectives that are
based on a solid understanding of the
category (brand & account) and strong business acumen
•        Insuring that all available consumer data and customer data are
analyzed and effectively translated into
insights, implications and recommendations to drive category brand sales.
•        Communications and reporting will be directly to the Sr VP Global Sales.
Communications will be necessary
to all internal departments within the Company corporate office weekly.  All
reports and analysis will be
communicated to; SR VP Marketing and SR VP Category Management.
•        Will work closely with our category management team in the analysis of
the overall business and strategy.
•        Manage forecasting and work closely with Company internal planning
•        Must work closely with the replenishment buyer


•       Target, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Kmart/Sear’s, CVS, Rite-Aid, Ulta, Best Buy
•       Excellent communications skills, self motivated, self-starter, sense of
urgency, personable, extroverted
personality, well-organized
•       Willingness to travel
•       Computer Skills to include advanced proficiency in Excel, Proficiency in
Word  and  PowerPoint
•       BA and ten to fifteen years experience
