Job Summary and Mission
This position contributes to Company’s success by developing, managing and improving sales planning with the use of state-of-the-art data management applications.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Essential job functions:
• Identifies and communicates key responsibilities opportunities new and ongoing
• Translates customer sales into actionable business plans
• Communicates inter-departmental actionable programs
• Ensure maximum effectiveness in the implementation of company business plans
• Develops and establishes processes to measure and report results
• Plans and manages processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company brand goals

Summary of Experience

• Six years planning processes and systems
• Progressive experience in planning

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong orally and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of all facets of sales planning
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficiency in planning or statistical software
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
• Ability to apply knowledge of
multidisciplinary business principles and practices
to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional
projects and activities
• Working knowledge of all facets of sales
planning and corporate Sales and Operations
Planning (S&OP) processes
