Responsibilities:
• Conceive and create new growth opportunities across the business portfolio
• Build value-centered process based on consumer data and competitive analysis
• Define and manage the strategic Intelligence for marketing
• Responsible for identifying growth opportunities
• Ensure focus and effective implementation if marketing plan
• Manage the development and introduction of new products.
• Direct the strategic planning for all brands for the company
• Design VOC; understand segmentation; understand value elements critical to customers; calculate value equations; target value propositions to customer segments
• Conduct Market segmentation through to customer targeting
• Improve the use of existing and new tools throughout the commercial and technical organization
• Conduct Project and Resource prioritization

Experience Required:
• Bachelors degree required,Prefer a degree heavy in math plus and MBA
• Minimum 6 years consumer packaged goods marketing experience
