HBR: Productivity and Multitasking

In “Harvard Business Review,”  Sanjeev Grupta cites Tony Schwartz and other sources on the value of doing one thing at a time.   Sanjeev Grupta takes the discussion a step further to set up processes in which an employer can set guidelines to reduce multitasking in the workplace.

Juggling six balls at a time is very different from juggling three balls in two places at the same time.  Makes sense to me.
